What is in my Gym Bag?

You guys may already know that I go to gym quite often, although I do have to admit that I haven't had the time to go to gym much lately. I've been asked what my routine is and what I take to gym and all sorts of questions so I though I'd answer the questions about what I take to gym.

Don't get me wrong you don't have to have the best gym outfits or the most expensive ones. When I first started going I got a very cheap outfit from Primark I think and as I started going more often and knew that I was motivated to continue I invested in more gym clothing from brands. However, I don't see the point in buying all the expensive gym clothing and then you end up not going to gym much. For me getting new gym attire is like a little self reward to keep going.

I have a gym bag by Nike and this is what I carry in it:

- Passion Struck Perfume by Victoria's Secret
- Deodren
- Hand towel
- Shower gel, bigger towel, flip flops (if I shower at gym only)
- Hand gel
- Asthma inhaler (obviously only asthmatics need to have this)
- Cosmetic bag with make up
- Vaseline - has musltiple uses
- Fitness clothing
- Nike Roshe Running shoes - I only uses these on my cardio days when I'm not lifting any weights (I  rarely lift weights though )
Nike Roshe Runs are NOT suitable for lifting weights!
- My normal clothes
- Batiste Dry Shampoo - I don't really like having to get on the bus with sweaty hair so dry shampoo gives that instant freshness for my hair

Those are the things I mainly have in there. If you currently don't go gym and would like to start going just take the basics don't invest a lot of money into it. I know a lot of people that get expensive attire because they think it will somehow improve their workout at gym but you first got to make sure that you're serious about it before you waste your money!

My 18th Birthday outfits, hair and make up!

I haven't had a chance to update my blog for so long since I got busy with my new youtube channel and it was my first day at work last week. I've never worked in a fast food chain before and it is one of the busiest environments so I'm extremely tired from all that. However, I am not going to give up with blogging that easily! There will also be a new post tomorrow, I promise so make sure have a look on the blog tomorrow as well!
You may have noticed that I regularly upload videos on Youtube as well now. Don't forget to Subscribe to stay updated.
Anyhow Happy Valentine's Day guys, exactly one month ago today it was my birthday and I had an unforgettable day with my family and friends. A lot of you were interested in where I got my outfits from and although late I did want to come back to that request.
My outfit in London was actually inspired by Selena Gomez in her "The Heart Want What it Wants" video. I really like her hair in the video and loved the dress.

DRESSES

This is the dress that I wore in London and later on in the evening in Germany. A lot of you really liked this dress. I got this dress from missguided.co.uk and I'm seriously in love with it. I was looking for something nice that cane be worn at a party but isn't too revealing and this was perfect in that way! However, after my mum had washed the dress after my party the material completely changed and the dress kind of got damaged. I'm not sure if we washed it on the wrong setting but I was really disappointed. Nevertheless I did love the dress.

The clutch bag I had on the evening a friend got me for my birthday and it was from Mango.

This lovely jumpsuit I wore in Germany was from misguided.co.uk as well! Shoutout to missguided for providing me with these unique items of clothing haha. I looked for a jumpsuit which was unique and this one definitely was unique.

Loved the material and the patterns were amazing!
