Healthy "cookies" - diet snack

Hey guys!

I'm on study leave and spent the day at home. So I took a small break from revision and watched some videos on Youtube.
I found this amazing cheap and quick recipe which I tried straight away. All I needed was 3 ingredients and it is super healthy!



So here are the details:
Time needed:
8 minutes preparation
15-20 minutes in the oven


Ingredients
1 Banana
1 cup of oatmeal
a hand full of raisins
Substitute tips;
IF you hate raisins leave them out
IF you don't like bananas add anoter fruit instead which is easy to either mash up or any type of berries e.g. blueberries

HOW to do it:

It's pretty straight forward (if even I'm able to do it anyone should be)
1) put the oatmeal into a bowl
2) add  the banana and raisins
3) mash up the banana and knead it in with the oatmeal and raisins
It won't look like bread doughbut it will get a sticky texture
4) Put baking paper on the tray
5) Take some of the oatmeal mixture and form little cookies
6) Finally, putit in the oven and let it bake for 15-20 minutes
If you have a gas oven it should be on gas mark number 4 when baking
If you live in the US it should be 350 fahrenheit
If you have an electrical oven with temperatures in Celsius it should be around 175 Celsius

Try it! The raisins and banana smell deliciously in the oven and the best bit is that you don't have to add any sugar and it is absolutely healthy!
This is my final result and I was even able to make a vine video, that's how quickly you can make these!
